With reference to your Despatch No. 192 of the 21st June, 1900, I have the honour to transmit herewith six copies of the Proclamation of 5th instant prohibiting the exportation of Arms &c., for a further period of six months from and including the 28th day of November, 1901.
2. I also enclose a copy of the Proclamations of the 18th November, 1900, and 13th May, 1901, which do not appear to have been forwarded to you.
