With reference to your Despatch No. 192

of the 21st. June, 1900, I have the honour to transmit here-

with six copies of the Proclamation of 5th. instant prehibit-

ing the exportation of Arms &c., for a further period of six

months from and including the 28th, day of November, 1901.

of the 18th. November, 1900, and 13th. May, 1901, which de
